All vessels are handcrafted with stone and sealed with a heatproof sealant.
Please bare in mind that given the handmade nature each piece will be unique and air bubbles may be present.
RETURN & REFUND
Damaged Stock:
Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of the our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit, please email us at info@redtwinecandles within 24hours of receiving your parcel.
We will need proof of damaged item in the original packaging
in order to dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. If your item is damaged after it has arrived, and days have passed, it will not be our responsibility.

EACH PIECE IS MIXED, POURED, SANDED & SEALED BY HAND.
THEY WILL HAVE BUMPERS ON THE UNDERSIDE TO PROTECT YOUR FURNITURE FROM SCRATCHES.
AIR BUBBLES NATURALLY OCCUR IN STONE MIXES AND THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED A FAULT, BUT A UNIQUE FEATURE.
WE SEAL THEM AGAINST LIGHT STAINS AND HUMIDITY, BUT WE DON'T RECOMMEND TO BE DISPLAYED IN A HIGH HUMIDITY ENVIRONMENT.
CARE:
-WIPE UP SPILLS QUICKLY USING A SOFT CLOTH.
-AVOID THE USE OF AGGRESSIVE SCRUBBING PADS OR ABRASIVE CLEANSERS.
